VLE for FIT

Dear Students,

This is to inform you that applications are now open for the first FIT e-Test of 2026, scheduled to begin in March 2026. The application deadline is Thursday 12^th March 2026

Steps to Apply:

1. To apply for the exams, you must be a registered student with a valid FIT number.
2. Make the payment using the UCSC payment gateway system available here.
3. Complete the application form.
4. Upload the payment confirmation slip in the relevant field.
5. Submit the application form. (Make sure your application has been submitted correctly by confirming that you have received a copy of your response.)

 Important:

• Late applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
• The tentative start date for the e-Test is 24^th March 2026.
• Ensure that the application form is filled out correctly. Exam applications that are incomplete or submitted incorrectly, according to the provided instructions, may be rejected.
• Prepare for the e-Test using the VLE online learning materials.
• The exam schedule will be published on the VLE. You are advised to check the VLE regularly for updates.
• e-Tests will only be scheduled for students who have submitted their applications by the deadline.
• Scheduling requests will not be entertained after the schedule is published.
• Please note that the exam fees are non-refundable.
