Dear Student,
Students who have made a FIT payment for this year but did not use it (for registration or examination purposes) can defer their payment to the next year.
To request payment deferment, please complete the following Google Form and provide the required details for verification.
Only students who submit their details through the form within the submission period will be considered.

The FIT Practical Exam Schedule is attached to this message. Please note down the date and time of your exam. Remember to bring the following when you attend the exam:
1. NIC card (Must)
2. Original Exam Payment voucher (Must)
3. A Pen (rough sheets will be provided)
You must bring your payment voucher copy to us, otherwise, we may not be able to release your results, even if you are allowed to sit for the exam. You will have your exam on the 10th of November 2025.
Examination Venue
Examinations will be held in Lab MSC, ADMTC at UCSC. You are kindly requested to go directly to the examination hall 30 minutes before the exam.
