VLE for FIT

Dear Student,

The FIT Practical Exam Schedule is attached to this message. Please note down the date and time of your exam. Remember to bring the following when you attend the exam:
    1. NIC card (Must)
    2. Original Exam Payment voucher (Must)
    3. A Pen (rough sheets will be provided)

You must bring your payment voucher copy to us, otherwise, we may not be able to release your results, even if you are allowed to sit for the exam. You will have your exam on the 10^th of November 2025.

Examination Venue  
Examinations will be held in Lab MSC, ADMTC at UCSC. You are kindly requested to go directly to the examination hall 30 minutes before the exam.

If your name is not included in this schedule, it means that you have either not completed the exam application correctly or not attached the payment voucher properly.

The following students are kindly informed that their FIT Status letters are now ready for collection. Please visit the eLearning Centre of the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC) to collect your letters during the following times:

All students need to bring a valid ID. Students who made their payments via bank deposit are required to bring the original payment voucher for verification.

Please note that each student must collect their own Status Letter in person, and letters will not be issued to others on their behalf.

Dear Students,

Please be informed that you can apply for the FIT Practical examination by completing the Google application form below. The tentative date for starting the examination is 10^th of November 2025. In order to apply,

     1.    Make the examination payment using the Online Payment Gateway

     2.    Fill in the application form accurately.

     3.    Upload the confirmation slip correctly. 

     4.    Submit the application form.

     5.    Get ready for the exam.

The application deadline is on the 27^th of October 2025.

The schedule will be published on the VLE site announcements. Scheduling Requests will not be accepted after the application deadline.

For students registered before 2024 who have already passed all e-Test, this will be the final FIT Practical Examination opportunity conducted in this year. Please refer to the policy for more information.
