Dear Students,

If you have passed all 3 e-tests then you are eligible to request a status letter. For that,

(1) Make an administrative fee of Rs.500 using the payment voucher in the fit.bit.lk

(2) Fill out the following form to make the request.  https://forms.gle/RAbA9owtHZEj7d186

If you have passed all the e-Test and practical then you are eligible to request the FIT certificate. For That,

(1) Make a Certificate fee of Rs.1000 using the payment voucher in the fit.bit.lk

(2) Fill out the following form to make the request. https://forms.gle/pzQk5gAshqpaaXHn7

*The rates for the status letter and the certificate have been revised from 21.07.2023.

Please note that the status letter or the certificate is issued only once.
